The terms that govern your use of Famiora's website, app and home healthcare booking services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Famiora website, mobile app, and home healthcare booking services (together, the "Service"). By creating a booking or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are booking on behalf of yourself or a family member with the authority to do so, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Famiora connects users with independently verified nurses, caregivers, physiotherapists and related home healthcare professionals. We facilitate bookings, scheduling and payment; the actual care is delivered by the assigned professional in accordance with the service type you select.
Bookings submitted through our website, app or care team are requests and are confirmed once a suitable caregiver has been assigned. We aim to confirm most bookings within a few hours, though availability may vary by city, service type and urgency.
Charges are based on the service, duration and plan selected at the time of booking. Payment is processed through our authorised payment partners. Prices are transparent and communicated before a booking is confirmed — there are no hidden charges.
You may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled visit. Cancellations made closer to the visit time may be subject to a partial charge. Full details on eligibility and refund timelines are available in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
All caregivers on our platform undergo police verification and background checks before onboarding. If you are ever dissatisfied with a caregiver's conduct or performance, contact your dedicated care manager immediately — we will investigate and arrange a replacement at no additional cost where appropriate.
While we carefully vet and train every caregiver on our platform, Famiora acts as a facilitator connecting families with independent healthcare professionals. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date above whenever changes are made.
For questions about these Terms, contact us at care@famiora.com or call our toll-free helpline at +91 95608 95553, available 24/7.
